Order Errors: If there is an error with your order, please email to get it fixed.

If items are ordered in error, returns may be made within 30 days for a full refund at buyer’s shipping expense.

Broken Items: If an item breaks within 90 days, please contact us for refund or replacement options.

All orders are sent with tracking via UPS or USPS. Tracking is emailed to the email used for payment upon shipment.

Items must be from a smoke-free, odor-free home.

Send an itemized list and denote if condition is anything other than new & sealed along with desired pricing.

If you don’t have an itemized list, detailed photos may be sent. Items must be represented in the photos to be considered in the offer.

If an offer is agreed upon, payment is made only using PayPal. PayPal fees will be incurred by the seller.

Buy Out Offers are made exclusive of shipping. If an offer is agreed upon, seller must provide box dimensions and weights and be able to print shipping labels.

Offers are made based on current market value with consideration of existing inventory, how long it is expected to move out the product, and estimated shipping costs.
