About the Presenters

Tessa has been a CM Advisor since 2002 – but focused on her business full time starting in 2019. In 6 years, she has become one of the top sales Advisors in the company and mentors a large team of other Advisors. She spends her ‘free’ time driving around her 15 year old twins to their various activities. In the moments she has around her kids and work, she likes to be outdoors or binging Netflix. She also has two older kids and two cats who like to wake her up too early.

Meggan has been an Advisor since 2017, also becoming one of the top sales Advisors in the company and growing a large team of other Advisors. She has one child left at home, spending her free time next to the lacrosse field or walking around in the Arizona sunshine. She also has two college kids and a Maine Coon named Miss Kitty who likes to make cameos in many of her layouts.

Together, they created a virtual business – Meggan & Tessa – featuring a free monthly class called Power Hour, now with almost 7k followers. They are very similar in thought and work ethic, which has attributed to their rapid growth, both individually and together. They bicker like sisters, often entertaining their Power Hour crowd as they find ideas and topics to debate.

Amber Klimek joined Creative Memories Home Office in 2021 and is the Director of Advisor Success, now with almost 20 years of sales and marketing experience. She spends most of her free time with her three young children but also likes to try to keep up with her book club.
