Tessa here from Tessa Scrapbooks!
Welcome to my stop on the @CreativeLifeScrapbooking Blog Hop!
Today I’d like to share how to make a Harvest Moon Layout. The Harvest Moon was October 1-3. On Halloween, we had another Full Moon, also called a Blue Moon because it was the second full moon of the month. And a rarity for 2020 was that the Halloween Full Moon was visible to the entire world, not just parts of it, for the first time since WWII. So whether you have photos of the moon or Halloween night, I hope you find a use for this layout!
Supplies Needed: Creative Memories Wicked Cute paper pack and stickers, black cardstock
Tools Needed: Creative Memories Jumbo Circle CCS, a fence punch or the Train Tracks punch, the Pumpkin or Apple Chain border maker cartridge, micro tip scissors

To cut the moon: lay yellow paper on the cutting mat with bottom edge 1 1/4 off the bottom. Center the jumbo circle CCS pattern so the bottom edge is against the bottom line of the mat. Cut with the red blade.

To make the fence from the Train Tracks border punch: punch out of black cardstock. Directions on photosl
Punch a strip of orange pumpkins. If you don’t have the pumpkin border maker cartridge, use the Apple Chain Border Maker and trim off the leaves.

Layer the circle and fence on the bat printed paper. If desired, trim a straight edge of the leaf border strip from Wicked Cute stickers (while it’s still on the backing sheet) and adhere so the straight edge is against the bottom of the page. An alternative option would be to punch a vine from cardstock to layer behind the fence.

Accent with mats and stickers. My mats are 4 1/4 x 5 3/4 and 4 1/4 x 4 3/4 (x2)
